Aqua – Luxury Apartments
A 320 unit residential apartment complex located in Palm Bay, FL. This development is slated to begin construction in the Spring of 2018 and opening for occupancy in the summer of 2019. This is a Northshore Catalyst development on the Space Coast and the first project of a multi-phased master plan.

Aqua – Retail Shoppes
Northshore’s second phase of the catalyst Palm Bay project will be the development of approximately 60,400 SF of neighborhood retail shoppes, restaurants and local grocers. The development of this phase will also align with Palm Bay City participation in the re-aligning of RJ Conlan as a traffic calmed corridor.

Millenia Retail
The Millenia Retail project is a 24,000 SF neighborhood retail development in the heart of Orlando’s Millenia Mall Corridor. This site is surrounded by over 4 million sf of retail and entertainment and the tenants will include inovative lifestyle restaurants and retailers. Construction begins Summer 2018.
